ABOUT Jordan

Hello, My name is Jordan Leach. I am a designer and photographer with a B.S. in Industrial Design from James Madison University. I have always had an eye for creativity and a passion for change, which has drawn me to pursue a career in design. Design is a quiet power. Good design shapes experiences, eases frustrations, and helps individuals feel more at home in their surroundings. 

Maybe it’s because I grew up watching How It’s Made, but I have always been intrigued by learning the processes and ideation behind design. Every product began with someone’s idea, and not only has the product evolved over the years, but so has the production behind it. We are constantly evolving and adapting to new designs. I am drawn to designing for communities that are often overlooked, focusing on creating products that feel inclusive and human. I value the small details to make a difference. Every choice in my work, whether it is product design or photography, is intentional to feel considered and connected.  

Aside from product design I am also a photographer, practicing in both digital and film. I don't rely on expensive equipment but rather instincts to capture a feeling or tell a story within each frame.
